Renovation for a private landlord - after the property had been rented for nearly 20 years into a modern stylish flat for resale.

Work comprised of new kitchen and bathroom, redecoration of two bedrooms and lounge. The kitchen and bathroom were completely gutted and rebuilt designed to maximise light and provide a spacious feeling, both had matching stone tiled floors to provide continuity throughout the flat.

A new grey carpet was laid to finish the modern look, with an uplight hallway. The old 30ft hallway was dated with the old 70's style window lights along the top of the hallway (which were intrusive into the bedrooms). These were blocked up and to provide the hallway with a modern feel with a Philips Hue LED uplighting installed the entire length of the hallway. The doorway at the end of the hall was removed so the hallway flowed into the lounge.

All the old doors were replaced with new white modern designer patterned doors with chrome handles, to match chrome sockets and light fittings.
